Luma Maid – Service Terms
By scheduling services with Luma Maid LLC (“Luma Maid”), you agree to the following:
Independent Cleaning Professionals
Luma Maid coordinates services through professional independent cleaning providers. All service providers operate as independent contractors and are responsible for the manner in which cleaning services are performed.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. A valid card must remain on file.
Cancellations
• 48-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
• 24–48 hours: 50% service fee
• Under 24 hours or no access provided: 100% service fee
Access & Safety
Clients must provide safe and lawful access to the property. Pets must be secured, and hazardous conditions must be disclosed in advance.
Damage & Concerns
If you have any concerns regarding your service, please notify us within 48 hours. We are committed to addressing issues promptly and fairly. Luma Maid’s liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
Non-Solicitation
Clients agree not to directly hire or solicit any cleaning provider introduced by Luma Maid for 24 months following service.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and resolved through binding arbitration in Georgia.
